Real Prices. No Discovery-Call Paywall.
Most studios in our tier hide pricing behind a 30-minute discovery call. We do not. Below are the price ranges every Funky Rabbit engagement falls into — published, dated, and updated when we change them. USD, project-based, fixed-fee.
Why we publish our prices
Three reasons we walked away from the “request a quote” model two years ago.
Discovery calls waste your week
You should not need a 30-minute screen-share to learn that a brand identity engagement starts in the mid-five-figure range. Pricing rules-of-thumb are public information — we just write them down.
Quoted-on-demand pricing has no anchor
When a studio quotes per request, the number floats with how desperate the project pipeline looks that week. Public ranges hold us honest — the founder you talk to today gets the same scope at the same price the founder next week does.
You should be able to budget without us
Most of our work starts with a founder forwarding our pricing page to a co-founder or board member. Hiding the number behind a calendar booking would kill that loop on day one.
Pricing by discipline
Project-based fixed fees in USD — not “starting from”. Each lower bound is a price we quote regularly; each upper bound is the most expensive engagement we shipped in that discipline in the past 12 months. We confirm a single number after a 30-minute scope call.
Visual Identity
Logo system, type, palette, brand voice, and identity guidelines. Founders typically engage when they have outgrown the launch template and need a system the next 12 months can ship behind.
UI/UX Design
Product interface design, user flows, and a starter design system. Lower bound for a focused dashboard refresh; upper bound for a full multi-surface product covering onboarding, settings, and admin.
Web Design
Marketing site or web app interface, designed for clarity and conversion. Lower bound covers a 4–6 page Webflow site on an existing brand; upper bound is a full re-platform on a new identity.
Mobile App Design
Native iOS and Android product UI — from onboarding through settings. Lower bound for a clean MVP brief; upper bound for a multi-tab consumer app with a custom design system.
Motion Design
Brand motion principles + interface animation. Usually attached to an identity or product engagement, but can be quoted standalone for a launch teaser, demo film, or in-app micro-animation system.
Enterprise / Multi-Surface
Multi-quarter program covering identity + product UI + marketing site as one engagement. Custom-scoped because the disciplines compound — a single fixed-fee number would be dishonest. Floor sits at $50k; ceiling is set by the brief, not by us. Most often a Series B or C founder consolidating three vendors into one team.
What every engagement includes — and what it does not
Included in every range: a kickoff call, weekly progress check-ins, two rounds of revision per major deliverable, source files (Figma, AI), and a handover call with your engineering team. Print-ready exports, brand guidelines PDF, and a ZIP of every asset on the way out.
Not included: photography or illustration commissioning (we project-manage but the artist invoices you directly), video production beyond motion graphics, ongoing retainer work after the engagement closes, paid ad creative variants, and copywriting. Anything we do not own end-to-end gets called out before scope is signed.
Payment cadence: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Engagements over $20k can split 33 / 33 / 34 across kickoff, midpoint, and handover. We invoice in USD via Wise or Stripe.
How a quote becomes an engagement
Four steps. Most engagements close inside ten business days from first email to kickoff call.
-
01
You send a brief
A paragraph or two on the project, current state, and timeline. The booking form has the prompts — takes about three minutes.
-
02
We scope on a 30-min call
Walk through the brief together. By the end of the call we agree which discipline range applies and the scope boundary inside it.
-
03
You get a fixed-fee SOW
Single PDF. One number. Deliverables list, milestones, payment cadence, IP assignment. Sign with DocuSign or e-mail.
-
04
Kickoff inside two weeks
Kickoff call within ten business days of signed SOW. Standard engagement runs five to nine weeks depending on discipline.
Frequently asked
Five questions we hear in nearly every founder call. If yours is not here, send it via the booking form — the answer is usually one paragraph.
- Q01 Why ranges instead of fixed prices?
- Every brand identity, app, or site is a different brief. Publishing a single fixed number would be dishonest — a focused logo refresh costs much less than a full multi-surface identity system. The lower bound of every range is a real number we quote regularly; the upper bound is the most expensive engagement we shipped in that discipline in the past 12 months.
- Q02 Can you do projects below your lower bound?
- Sometimes — for early-stage founders pre-funding, repeat clients, and projects where scope is genuinely smaller than our usual minimum. The fastest way to find out is to send the brief and ask. We will not invent a discount on a call.
- Q03 Do you work on retainer?
- Not as our primary engagement model. We ship project-based, fixed-fee scopes and then hand off cleanly. If you need ongoing design support after, we can recommend a designer to hire in-house or a smaller boutique that does retainer well.
- Q04 How do you handle scope creep?
- Every SOW lists what is in and what is out. Mid-engagement requests outside scope get a one-paragraph change order with a fixed fee — you decide whether to add it. We never silently absorb scope and surprise you on the final invoice.
- Q05 Are these prices in USD?
- Yes. Invoiced in USD via Wise or Stripe. We can quote in EUR or GBP if your finance team needs it — the underlying price stays the same, we adjust at the spot rate on signing day.
- Q06 Do you offer payment plans?
- Standard cadence is 50% to kick off, 50% on delivery. Engagements over $20k split into thirds across kickoff, midpoint, and handover. We do not extend payment past the project end date.
Got the brief? Send it.
Thirty minutes, no slides. We confirm scope, name the discipline range it falls into, and follow up with a fixed-fee SOW inside three business days.
